With no less than 40 different varieties, including thyme and rosemary, this bouquet garni is a true treasure of French gastronomy.
At the heart of this bouquet are six carefully selected plants: Nyons laurel, thyme, rosemary, Varize fenugreek, Serpaize coriander, and Athies-sur-Laon onion. The dominant notes of rosemary, thyme, and laurel are enhanced by fenugreek, coriander, and onion, bringing an incomparable richness and complexity of aromas.
Fenugreek, rare and unfamiliar, reveals celery aromas, while coriander brings a lemony sweetness. This bouquet garni embodies French culinary art, recalling the first recipes recorded in 1651 by François Pierre de la Varenne in "Le Cuisinier François."
