Ingredients:
- 100 g round rice
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 75 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 orange peel
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate Hazelnut Docello dessert sauce
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation: Heat the milk with the split vanilla pod and the orange peel. Add the rice and let it cook over low heat until the milk is absorbed. Whisk one egg with the sugar, mix with the cooked rice. Let thicken over medium heat, chill and add the Chocolate Hazelnut Docello sauce before serving.
