Resulting from the pure distillation of bitter orange blossoms (or Seville orange), this orange blossom water is the precious fruit of artisanal and authentic production highlighting local craftsmanship. Emerging from the orange groves of rural producers, the floral buds are then sublimated by a women's cooperative located in the Bekaa Valley. Immersed in boiling water, the petals release an aromatic vapor which is then condensed to produce an exceptional, delicate, and intensely fragrant water.

It is said that this floral nectar won the heart of Emperor Napoleon who delighted in the "white coffee", a drink mixing hot water, sugar, and a few drops of orange blossom water. In Lebanese gastronomy, the very popular floral water "Ma Zaher" is used in many oriental pastries, as well as in milk puddings, fruit salads, and hot or cold drinks.

For the more adventurous, it can also be added to a tagine or a grated carrot salad. For Easter or Christmas festivities, this distillate is essential in brioches! Our orange blossom water adds flavor to Vendée brioche, Spanish Mona, Algerian mouna, or Italian Colomba di Pasqua.
