Preparation
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp using a spoon. Set aside.
In a glass, add lime wedges, passion fruit pulp, and mint leaves. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the flavors.
Add the cane sugar and mix well.
Pour the white rum into the glass and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add crushed ice to the glass.
Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
Decorate your cocktail with a slice of lime and a mint leaf.
