Passoa, passion fruit liqueur 1.06 fl oz (uk) -
Vodka 2.11 fl oz (uk) -
Champagne 1.06 fl oz (uk)
Preparation
If you wish, moisten the rim of a martini glass with a slice of passion fruit and dip it in sugar to create a sweet rim (this step is optional).
Fill the martini glass with ice to chill it.
In a shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, fresh passion fruit juice, and vanilla syrup.
Shake the shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix the ingredients well and cool them.
Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass using an ice strainer.
Cut a passion fruit in half and use a spoon to extract the pulp. Place the pulp in the glass.
Decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of passion fruit.
Serve the cocktail with a slice of passion fruit on the side and a shot glass of Champagne.
