Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat and add the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice mix.
Whisk the mixture until it's hot and frothy.
Prepare an espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a cup.
Pour the hot pumpkin milk over the espresso.
If you like, add whipped cream and sprinkle with spice mix for garnish.
