The dehydrator is an electronic device designed to extract water from various foods containing it. Its ventilation system ensures even distribution of heat on all trays, thus guaranteeing a homogeneous dehydration process. Foods, whether fruits, vegetables, or herbs, arranged in thin layers on the trays, are dehydrated for the purpose of preserving them over a long period, rehydrating them later, or consuming them as they are.
