Our first cider, the result of a collaboration with a Normandy producer, is certified organic. The apples, carefully selected at maturity and pressed, started their fermentation in October 2021. After blending in January 2022 and natural sparkling for several months, this brut cider reveals a tense character, subtle notes, and a pronounced bitterness.
Cuvée Juliette, at 5.2% alc/vol, pays tribute to Alain's mother, while also nodding to his family heritage. Its natural effervescence and organic certification, without sulfites and unpasteurized, make it an authentic and quality product.
