First, a quadruple distillation is carried out to obtain a spirit at 96.4%, which is then tested and controlled, and then left to rest before blending. At the same time, pure water at 100%, sourced from our artesian wells and subjected to purity tests, is repeatedly oxygenated, sterilized, and filtered.
For the blending process, the master distiller adds the pure water to the spirit to achieve a vodka with an alcohol content of 40°. After further quality tests, the spirit is ready for bottling in Poland, in frosted and decorated glass bottles. Once filled, the bottles are sealed by hand with the original seal.
The choice of grains gives this vodka its unique character and provides it with a bouquet of subtle and delicate aromas, with both sweet and pleasant hints of white pepper and spices. On the palate, there is a good length with notes of almond and vanilla that evolve into a nutty flavor. The finish, smooth and clear, reveals hints of rye bread. Its taste is suitable for any consumption: neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
